finally started to get some gfx on my website, just simple...i'll probably completely update it soon, its a bit grey....added to the gallery , got some images ready for the japan section too.
and..er..got nice banana hot cans in the vending machines, great for cold days.
bought some music today, theres some really good jap hiphop/electronica around, today i bought cube juice, and com.a ,mainly cos they got remixes from people ive heard of. theres so much well made pop music here too, though it seems nearly every young girl in japan has a record out, and most of em sound the same.some of the production is great (i'm a sucker for intricate drum programmin and analog bass lines)..i even thought the last kylie record was good (called slow, though i'd prefer no vocals).
i even saw liberty x album being promoted here..i'd say i hear hip hop most of the time in shops though, american stuff and a little jap stuff, no british stuff yet..
its funny seeing so many people dressed in "hip hop" clothes, like they just walked into a catalogue and picked a page of stuff..theres loads of clothes shops aimed at this market.lots of americans hassle people in the streets to go to their stores, buy the biggest trousers in the world, and have a blue/red bandana stuck on their head.they walk with a fake limp sometimes (like they been shot or something?)
