still got cold, been in bed the last day, watchin westwing series 1 (got through about 8 episodes so far)..

i also watched innocence, an anime from production i.g, it was pretty good, quite odd, though some of the subtitling was a little odd, but they hav a really distinctive cgi/anime style .. it was out in japan last time i was there, but i could never find a cinema with english subs....hopefully appleseed will be out soon too

also watched "supersize me" a documentary about a guy who goes on a mcdonalds diet for a month, after about 20 days it starts to screw up his liver functions, his cholesterol etc goes way up, and they suggest if his eyes go yellow, they'll admit him instantly....it has quite a bad effect on him...it also looks at the fast food in general, how usa is becoming obese, how theyre passing laws to make it impossible to sue the manufacturers (politics looking after the voters again, or is it big buisness??)....the guy doubles the amount of fat in his body in a few weeks, puts on lots of weight, gets depressed n stuff like that....its suprising how large the portions are in the usa, and how much fat there is in the salad (apparently more than a bigmac?)

i'll post images in the hongkong gallery next week, i took some more this week, just to show how dirty hongkong is..

i travelled north in hongkong the other day too, near the chineese border, most places seem to be full of shopping malls and all the same old shops, like everywhere else...i got a few odd stares but its pretty normal now, i just stare back at them until they look away...

hopefully venture out today, but maybe to the shop, and then come back..woo what an exciting blog
